SOLO DIVE TRAVELERS

No buddy? Join one of our group trips and we'll do our best to recruit a dive buddy to twin share the accommodation cost with you.  SWS cannot guarantee and is not required to provide you with a roommate but we are usually very successful at pairing up those who have signed up as a solo traveler.  As long as you agree to pay in full for the room portion of the dive trip package when you pay your initial trip deposit, we'll start hunting for that roommate for you.  If you prefer to stay in a room by yourself, please indicate that request at time of initial deposit.  If we are able to provide you with a single occupancy room, the additional cost will be given to you and added to your total trip package cost.

You need to know that our Channel Islands live-aboard dive cruises are not priced per diver/double occupancy. No need to search for a roommate/dive buddy on those trips. Sleeping arrangements are bunk beds with their own reading lights and curtains for privacy.  Once on board, we buddy you up with a diver with similar dive experience and dive skill level.

NO ONE ever dives alone on a Scuba World group dive trip.  The sooner you sign up for a trip, the more time you give us to find a buddy for you.  You'd be really amazed at how many divers are out there wishing they knew someone to travel and dive with,  just like you! Andy's Traveling Dive Team is where you can dive with fellow divers but leave all the organization to someone else who knows the area. Andy and Lynn are your trip escorts. Because we are able to negotiate group prices, we can usually offer the trip for less than what you'd be able to find independently as a lone traveler.  And, it is always more fun to travel and enjoy the dive destination with others from our area.  We know the destination which is a big plus.  Why not take advantage of our expertise while making new dive friends?
