WHERE:FANTASY ISLAND RESORT, ISLAND OF ROATAN, BAY ISLANDS, HONDURAS. (We've chosen to land base on the South side of the island to ensure we dive the best sites Roatan has to offer.)
WHEN: MARCH 28, 2009 (Andy's Birthday) - April 4, 2009
SWS PACKAGE PRICE: $ 1,200 + International AIRFARE to be determined and added to package price probably by May 08.
7-Night Dive Package INCLUDES: Infamous SWS before and after trip parties, highly coveted SWS trip souvenir, trip escorted by Andy and Lynn. Per person, double occupancy air conditioned accommodations, 3 boat dives per day for 6 days, unlimited shore dives, 1 Night Dive, 3 meals per day and airport/hotel land transfers. There is a chance we will encounter a whale shark while diving Roatan but sightings are rare. When you travel with SWS, you know you will get the best of what the dive destination has to offer.

The second week of our trip is limited to the 1st 14 divers who reserve this add-on with an additional deposit at time they reserve their spot for the week on Roatan.
WHEN: IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING OUR WEEK ON THE ISLAND OF ROATAN: APRIL 04 - APRIL 11, 2009.
SWS ADD-ON ADDITIONAL COST: $1,660 per person, dbl occ. (Subject to slight increase if flight tax/fuel surcharge increases.)
7-Night Dive Package INCLUDES: Inter-island r/t flight from Roatan to Utila, 7 nights in double occupancy air conditioned accommodations, 3 boat dives per day for 6 days, including 2 boat night dives, 3 meals per day and airport/hotel land transfers. We will have our best chance of getting up close and personal with a whale shark on this island. Utila, like Roatan, offers excellent diving no matter if a whale shark appears or not. We can't wait to dive Utila as it will be our first visit to this island.
RESERVATION AND TRIP DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS:
Reservation Deposit Requirements: Until such time as SWS can add in the cost of our group international flight and post a payment schedule, a check for $300 will hold your space for our week in Roatan. An additional $300 will hold your second week's reservation in Utila. Only 14 can accompany Andy and Lynn from Roatan over to Utila for the second week. First reserved gets to do the full 2 week trip with us. We've chosen to base at the place where they have the best whale shark spotters in the business. We do our homework. You benefit.
* Additional nights on the mainland of Honduras to explore the Copan Ruins at additional cost will be offered by SWS at a later date.
SWS strongly recommends you purchase diver's accident insurance and additional trip cancellation/interruption coverage to help defray costs arising from unforeseen events. No one plans an emergency. But you can prepare for one. Carefully read any insurance policy before purchase to make sure it covers your specific needs. If you must cancel, all deposit money is non-refundable unless we are able to fill your vacated space.
We recommend you purchase diver's accident insurance through DAN Be sure to give DAN the SWS # 421046 when you purchase your membership and your insurance. DAN can also provide you with trip cancellation and interruption insurance.
