DIVER =$1,398 Per Diver, Double Occupancy + *$135 round trip on Tropic Air - a 20 minute flight from Belize City to San Pedro, Ambergris Caye = TOTAL of $1,533. *Subject to fuel surcharge /tax increase until we ticket on the puddle jumper flight.
Single occupancy diver = $1,991 and is subject to availability at time of request.
NON-DIVER = $943 + *$135 round trip on Tropic Air - a 20 minute flight from Belize City to San Pedro, Ambergris Caye rooming with a diver, Double Occupancy. TOTAL of $1,078. *Subject to fuel surcharge /tax increase until we ticket on the puddle jumper flight.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE:SWS offers an easy incremental way to pay off your trip. Initial deposit amount is 1/3rd of your trip cost and everyone already reserved must bring their deposit at SWS up to 1/3rd. 2/3rds trip cost is due in to SWS by January 16, 2013. Full trip payment must be deposited with SWS no later than April 16, 2013. Reservation deadline is April 16th or whenever the trip is sold out, whichever comes first.

3. SCUBA WORLD SACRAMENTO BELIZE TRIP LIABILITY RELEASE WAIVER FORM
Every person who reserves a spot on a trip through SWS must have a completed TRIP WAIVER form on file at SWS before being allowed on the trip. Download, print, fill in the blanks, indicate you have read and understand the waiver by signing and dating the and fax the completed form "attention Lynn" to SWS at fax number: 916-338-0277.
Note 1: Lobsterfest week in San Pedro, Ambergris Caye, Belize is very popular. It is expected that Ramon's Village will be sold out for that week. It is wise to reserve your space on the SWS trip early to avoid disappointment. We are holding only 12 rooms initially.
Note 2: Out of Pocket expenses include but are not limited to the following: WiFi (approx $3 per day), gratuities, marine park fees at certain dive sites, boat trips to specialty dive sites not included in the package, 3rd-tank and night boat dives, rental gear, drinks, difference in cost for any meals ordered at Ramon's specifically not included in the group meal package choices and any resort purchases of a personal nature. Lunches are NOT included in this package. Dinner on Saturday, June 22nd is NOT included in this package.

Trip Cancellation Policy:
In the event you must cancel a trip that you have booked, we will do our best to fill your spot. Scuba World Sacramento will, however, collect a $100 cancellation fee per person even if we are able to fill your vacated spot. All refunded monies will be credited to your in-store account.
If we are unable to fill your spot on the trip, all money paid toward the trip will be forfeited.
We recommend you purchase TRIP CANCELLATION AND INTERRUPTION INSURANCE COVERAGE in addition to the Diver Accident Insurance.
For peace of mind, SWS strongly recommends you purchase additional trip cancellation/interruption coverage to help defray costs arising from unforeseen events. No one plans an emergency. But you can prepare for one. Carefully read any insurance policy before purchase to make sure it covers your specific needs.

Divers Alert Network in addition to selling Diver Accident Insurance coverage also sells trip cancellation and interruption insurance coverage which is an expanded version of the basic DAN diver accident coverage. SWS highly recommends purchase of this trip specific additional coverage. In the event you have to cancel, the additional trip insurance coverage could help you receive reimbursement for non-refundable deposits and costs should you have to cancel or interrupt your trip to come home for reasons not covered under the Diver Accident Insurance Coverage.
