Go in to Nassau a few days early or stay on in Nassau after the SWS cruise if you want to extend your vacation. There are many choices of land accommodations to choose from in Nassau to stay and discover Nassau top-side. Or, just fly in to meet us at the marina the day we board the yacht and fly home the afternoon we disembark - your choice!

What:
When: October 5-12, 2013.
You may board any time after 6:00 PM on Saturday. If you are arriving earlier, you may drop bags off at the boat prior to 6:00 PM. The Aqua Cat returns to Nassau Friday afternoon. You will be responsible for dinner ashore Friday evening. Disembark Saturday by 9:00 AM. You may leave your bags at the boat if you have a late afternoon flight.
Where: The Aqua Cat departs from Hurricane Hole Marina on Paradise Island, Nassau, Bahamas. It is just east of the Paradise Island Bridge.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: ALL DIVERS CURRENTLY SIGNED UP ON THIS TRIP MUST HAVE 2/3RDS OF THEIR TRIP COST DEPOSITED AT SWS TO CONTINUE TO HOLD THEIR SPOTS. NEW SIGNUPS INITIAL DEPSOST IS $1,507. BALANCE DUE AND RESERVATION DEADLINE IS JULY 15, 2013.

Trip Release of Liability Waiver Requirement: Every person who reserves a spot on a trip through SWS must have a completed TRIP WAIVER form on file at SWS before being allowed on the trip. Download, print, fill in the blanks, indicate you have read and understand the waiver by signing and dating the SCUBA WORLD SACRAMENTO BAHAMA LIVE-ABOARD DIVE TRIP WAIVER FORM and fax the completed form "attention Lynn" to SWS at fax number: 916-338-0277.
In addition to the Scuba World Sacramento trip waiver of liability release form, you must also fill out/sign/date page #1 and page #2 of the AQUA CAT CRUISES TRIP APPLICATION/COMPLETE LIABILITY RELEASE form. Be sure to answer all questions on the application page #1 and sign/date at the end of the liability release page #2. Please do not submit your filled out form directly to Aqua Cat office. SWS will submit your completed form for you along with the other SWS group participants' completed forms.
RETURN BOTH COMPLETED FORMS TO SWS.
Proof of Divers Accident Insurance Coverage is required. DAN Preferred Plan recommended. For your convenience, purchase on line here:

Trip Cancellation Policy:
In the event you must cancel a trip that you have booked, we will do our best to fill your spot. Scuba World Sacramento will, however, collect a $100 cancellation fee per person even if we are able to fill your vacated spot. All refunded monies will be credited to your in-store account. If we are unable to fill your spot on the trip, all money paid toward the trip will be forfeited.
We recommend you purchase TRIP CANCELLATION AND INTERRUPTION INSURANCE COVERAGE in addition to the Diver Accident Insurance. Remember, October in the Caribbean is HURRICAN SEASON.
For peace of mind, SWS strongly recommends you purchase additional trip cancellation/interruption coverage to help defray costs arising from unforeseen events. No one plans an emergency. But you can prepare for one. Carefully read any insurance policy before purchase to make sure it covers your specific needs.
*Scuba World is NOT A SELLER OF INSURANCE. We are giving you information about insurance coverage as a service only. Once you find a policy you wish to purchase you must purchase that policy directly from the insurance agency.
Divers Alert Network in addition to selling Diver Accident Insurance coverage also sells trip cancellation and interruption insurance coverage which is an expanded version of the basic DAN diver accident coverage. SWS highly recommends purchase of this trip specific additional coverage. In the event you have to cancel, the additional trip insurance coverage could help you receive reimbursement for non-refundable deposits and costs should you have to cancel or interrupt your trip to come home for reasons not covered under the Diver Accident Insurance Coverage.
