*Air-conditioned accommodations at VBR are limited; therefore, requested single occupancy in air-conditioned units cannot be granted until close to the end of the trip selling period and subject to availability at that time.

SWS Fiji Trip Package price does NOT Include:

Connecting flights from Sacramento to Los Angeles, Optional activities and services such as Resort WiFi nominal internet access charges, beverages (except for coffee, tea, soft drink, bottled water ordered with your meal) alcoholic drinks, gratuities, dive rental equipment, dive insurance and travel insurance.  Special Shark Dive Excursion Day to Pacific Harbor (to be organized and arranged by SWS & VBR), village tour, other local guided excursions difficult to price as the per person cost is dependent on number signing up for the activity or tour and of course any items purchased at the resort that are personal such as souvenirs, etc.  NITROX should be up and running by the time we arrive! $125 week's package - to be paid at the resort.  It is recommended that you bring cash to convert to Fijian dollars at the airport when we arrive in Nadi. You have the option to pay your resort checkout bill using a credit card; but the resort has to charge you a 5% fee (imposed by the bank and as of the beginning of the year, a Fijian government imposed tax on credit card payments). 

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: Initial deposit is two thirds (2/3) total cost.  Final payment balance due required no later than March 24, 2012. Cash or check payment only. All deposits and payments are non-refundable.

NOTE:  If you are reserved on this trip and have been waiting to book your connecting flights to LAX until I published Andy's and my Southwest flight itinerary, here it is.  Remember, if you are staying one week only, your return flight will be on Saturday, June 16th, not coming back with us a week later on June 23rd.

Current Air Pacific Airlines SWS group flight schedule:  Departs LAX at 11:30pm late night on Thursday, June 7th and returns to LAX at 1:20pm afternoon on June 16th and June 23rd.

Trip Cancellation Policy:                                                                                                         

In the event you must cancel a trip that you have booked, we will do our best to fill your spot. Scuba   World Sacramento will, however, collect a $200 cancellation fee per person even if we are able to fill your vacated spot. All refunded monies will be credited to your in-store account. If we are unable to fill your spot on the trip, all money paid toward the trip will be forfeited. We recommend you purchase TRIP CANCELLATION AND INTERRUPTION INSURANCE COVERAGE in addition to the Diver Accident Insurance.                                                                                                                                                                                                                 

For peace of mind, SWS strongly recommends you purchase additional Trip specific Cancellation & Interruption coverage to help defray costs arising from unforeseen events.  No one plans an emergency.  But you can prepare for one.  Carefully read any insurance policy before purchase to make sure it covers your specific needs.  If you must cancel, all deposit money is non-refundable unless we are able to fill your vacated space.  If we are able to fill your vacated spot, SWS will refund your deposit minus $200 cancellation fee.  *Scuba World is NOT A SELLER OF INSURANCE.  We are giving you information about insurance coverage as a service only.  Once you find a policy you wish to purchase you must purchase that policy directly from the insurance agency.

Divers Alert Network in addition to selling Diver Accident Insurance coverage also sells Trip Cancellation and Interruption insurance coverage which is an expanded version of the basic DAN diver accident coverage.  SWS highly recommends purchase of this trip specific additional coverage.  In the event you have to cancel, the additional trip insurance coverage could help you receive reimbursement for non-refundable deposits and costs should you have to cancel or interrupt your trip to come home for reasons not covered under the Diver Accident Insurance Coverage.

Trip Release of Liability Waiver Requirement:  Every person who reserves a spot on a trip through SWS must have a completed TRIP WAIVER form on file at SWS before being allowed on the trip.  If you do not know the cost of your trip to put in the "amount" space, contact LYNN  .  Download, print, fill in the blanks, indicate you have read and understand the waiver by signing and dating the SCUBA WORLD FIJI TRIP WAIVER FORM and fax the completed form "attention Lynn" to SWS at fax number:  916-338-0277.
