NOTE: Due to the dates for this trip falling on the most popular holiday in the Philippines, our air carrier is requiring group ticketing much earlier than the normal 30 days out from departure date. Therefore, the SWS trip deadline date to reserve and pay for this trip comes up very soon on AUGUST 24, 2011. You can not procrastinate if you want to go on this trip.

Atlantis Resort, Puerto Galera

WEEK 1 INCLUDES:

Round Trip international flight from SFO to Manila plus land and boat airport/resort private coach transfers.
7 Nights twin/double share accommodation in a Deluxe room with climate controlled air-conditioning, fully stocked mini-bar and satellite TV, restaurant, 2 bars, pool table, internet cafe, swimming pool and lounge area plus a beautiful Spa offering a wide choice of services at the wildly popular Atlantis Resort, Puerto Galera at Sabang Beach on the island of Mindoro, Philippines.

Single Supplement Diver: *$2,970 in a Deluxe Double room.

* PLUS Airline tax/fuel surcharge that can increase until group is ticketed. Tax/fuel surcharge is currently $457.

1. Out of Pocket Expenses:

Round trip from city of origin (Sacramento) to San Francisco (SFO Airport). Once we are firm on our group numbers SWS will get everyone in touch with each other so you can work out ride sharing, rental vans, etc.
Meals on travel days.

2. Optional amenities at additional cost:

NITROX: Pre-reserved, pre-paid package to SWS: $125 per week (reserve for full two weeks trip = $250). At the resort, Dawn Dives, Night Dives, **Verde Island Dive Day = $62 paid at resort (Must be Advanced Certified) , Land Excursions, Dirt Bike Rental, Golf, Massage, Facials, Body Scrubs, Manicure/Pedicures. Pamper yourself!

A limited number of Oceanview/PRIVATE terraced upgrade rooms can be reserved subject to availability.

First to request upgrade room gets it:

(2) Partial Oceanview Private Terrace Rooms (2 Queen beds in each) add $140 per person, dbl occ.

(5) Huge Executive Suites with Private Terraces/spectacular Ocean Views add $410 per person, dbl occ.

(3) Small rooms suitable for single occupancy with Oceanview Balcony (1 smallish Queen bed in each) add $285.

3. PADI Advanced Diver class will be taught by SWS while on this trip. Sign up now for this class. The optional signature Verde Island Dive Day requires Advanced Diver Certification.

Atlantis Resort, Dumaguete

*WEEK 2: We've secured space at Atlantis Resort's sister resort for those of you who want to get the best bang for your international flight buck by diving two weeks in the Philippines, returning to San Francisco January 14, 2012. You will transfer via flight and ground transport from Atlantis, Puerto Galera on the island of Mindoro to Atlantis, Dumaguete on the island of Negros, an hour's flight south of Manila to Dumaguete on January 7, 2012 returning to Manila to fly back to SFO with those of us going on the live-aboard on January 14, 2012. The package is essentially the same as our first week at Atlantis Puerto Galera. We've included two trips to dive Apo Island or similar sites in this package. We have a set price on the transfer flight and Dumaguete expense. Andy and Lynn have visited and dived both Atlantis Puerto Galera and Atlantis Dumaguete. Atlantis Dumaguete is designed in more of the traditional, romantic tropical theme with a lovely large beach. The diving at Dumaguete is world class. Apo Island is the signature dive site. The combination of staying and diving at both resorts gives you the best diving and resort experience in the Philippines.

Includes:

Accommodation in a deluxe room (double occupancy/twin share).
All meals at Dumaguete's Atlantis Toko's Restaurant (breakfast drinks, Italian and specialty coffees are included. Coffee, tea and filtered water are available from 6:00am to 6:00pm. (Italian and specialty coffees are NOT included after breakfast.)
Unlimited Internet Access.
Unlimited scheduled boat diving up to 4 boat dives a day between 8:00am to 6:00pm. Excludes equipment rental, dawn dives, additional day trips and Nitrox fills. You can pre-reserve and pre-pay for a Nitrox package to be added to your SWS trip package at $125 for the week.
Two day trips to Apo Island or similar site.
Round trip domestic flight from Manila to Dumaguete and ground transfers to Atlantis Resort Dumaguete.

Add-on Second Week SWS Diver package price = $1,699* per diver, double occupancy. *Round trip Manila - Dumaguete - Manila domestic flights and round trip ground transfers between Dumaguete Airport - Resort transfers are subject to change and cost will be added to your SWS package cost. Currently, add $221 to the per person double occ package price for flight/ground transfers. Single Supplement cost is additional $315.

** Out-of-Pocket Expenses and Additional cost items are the same at Atlantis Dumaguete as listed above for the Atlantis Puerto Galera location plus additional baggage weight cost on your round trip domestic flight from Manila to Dumaguete. Plan on paying about $35 USD equivalent in pesos (covers baggage cost round trip) for checked and carry on baggage up to 77 lbs. If you are over 77lbs, plan on another $4 USD equivalent for every 2.2 lbs over the 77 lbs. Pack light and and save money!

SWS TRIP RESERVATION AND PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

The add-on, second week options are available only to those who join us for the 1st week of the trip. If you know you want the full 14 day trip plus 2 days lost going over the International Date Line, you should reserve very soon. We've reserved a limited number of rooms at Atlantis Dumaguete.

Payment Schedule:

Full trip payment must be in to SWS no later than August 24, 2011 along with ticketing information and seat requests.
Copy of your passport information page must be submitted to SWS along with final payment in order for group ticketing to occur by September 7, 2011. After September 7th, SWS group reservation can no longer be offered. Reservation requests after the deadline date will be subject to availability and price at time of request. Current on-line tickets for our trip dates cost almost $400 more than the SWS locked in group price. As we move closer to our holiday departure date, if there is any availability, ticket prices will skyrocket. Christmas and New Years is the time Filipinos flock back to their homeland to visit family and friends.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

* YOU MUST HAVE A PASSPORT VALID FOR AT LEAST SIX MONTHS FROM YOUR RETURN DATE. U.S. Passport applications and information can be found on line at PASSPORT HOME

* Every diver on this on this trip is REQUIRED to have Diver Accident Insurance coverage. This insurance is available through Divers Alert Network

( or the equivalent coverage though your own health insurance or home owners policies). Become a member of DAN and purchase (or renew) diver accident insurance on-line through this link:

* Scuba World Sacramento will not refund trip money because you are unable to board the airline due to a problem with documentation (passport), or if you are not allowed to dive because you forgot your diver certification card, or you have a medical problem and didn't obtain a current (within one year of travel) Doctor's Statement that says your medical condition is not incompatible with diving.

Trip Cancellation Policy:

In the event you must cancel a trip that you have booked, we will do our best to fill your spot. Scuba World Sacramento will, however, collect a $200 cancellation fee per person even if we are able to fill your vacated spot. All refunded monies will be credited to your in-store account.

If we are unable to fill your spot on the trip, all money paid toward the trip will be forfeited.

We recommend you purchase TRIP CANCELLATION AND INTERRUPTION INSURANCE COVERAGE in addition to the Diver Accident Insurance.

For peace of mind, SWS strongly recommends you purchase additional trip cancellation/interruption coverage to help defray costs arising from unforeseen events. No one plans an emergency. But you can prepare for one. Carefully read any insurance policy before purchase to make sure it covers your specific needs. If you must cancel, all deposit money is non-refundable unless we are able to fill your vacated space. If we are able to fill your vacated spot, SWS will refund your deposit minus $200 cancellation fee. *Scuba World is NOT A SELLER OF INSURANCE. We are giving you information about insurance coverage as a service only. Once you find a policy you wish to purchase you must purchase that policy directly from the insurance agency.

Divers Alert Network in addition to selling Diver Accident Insurance coverage also sells trip cancellation and interruption insurance coverage which is an expanded version of the basic DAN diver accident coverage. SWS highly recommends purchase of this trip specific additional coverage. In the event you have to cancel, the additional trip insurance coverage could help you receive reimbursement for non-refundable deposits and costs should you have to cancel or interrupt your trip to come home for reasons not covered under the Diver Accident Insurance Coverage.

Trip Release of Liability Waiver Requirement: Every person who reserves a spot on a trip through SWS must have a completed TRIP WAIVER form on file at SWS before being allowed on the trip. If you do not know the cost of your trip to put in the "amount" space, contact LYNN . Download, print, indicate you have read and understand the waiver by signing and dating the

PHILIPPINE TRIP 2011-2012 WAIVER FORM and fax the completed form "attention Lynn" to SWS at fax number: 916-338-0277.

Individual group members will be responsible for their round trip transport from home to SFO, for their own charges at the resorts including but not limited to: Marine Park Fee at VBR ($2 FJD per diver/dive), beverages & bar bill, telephone, sightseeing, additional dives, gratuities, meals on travel days and any other items of a personal nature.
