****Day of departure to return home:  Airport Hotel Day Room on return departure day = Cost is $45 per room paid directly to the hotel in Nadi upon check out to go to the airport. Up to 4 people can share.  At time of trip reservation, please request the day room so we have a record of how many rooms we need to reserve for those returning home on Nov. 10 and for those returning home on Nov. 15th.

Reservation and Payment Requirements:  Full trip payment due at time of reservation.  Credit card payments are accepted at additional cost of 3% for MasterCard or Visa.  4% additional cost for Discover.  SWS is not accepting American Express for this trip.

SWS strongly recommends you purchase diver's insurance and additional trip cancellation/interruption coverage to help defray costs arising from unforeseen events.  No one plans an emergency.  But you can prepare for one.  Carefully read any insurance policy before purchase to make sure it covers your specific needs.  If you must cancel, all deposit money is non-refundable unless we are able to fill your vacated space.  You will be required to sign a Waiver indicating that you understand the SWS policy regarding non-refundable refunds of deposits if you cancel.
